The Robert L. Naiman Company, LLC, is a privately owned real estate firm based in Denver, CO. We specialize in the acquisition, development and management of commercial real estate assets.
Acquisitions are handled with thorough attention to detail, market analysis and due diligence. Our hands on approach to studying a potential property from every possible angle has made this an area of expertise.
Our properties are located in Denver’s most desirable neighborhoods. All properties are located on corner sites, at key intersections, affording our tenants maximum visibility and easy access. We assist new and growing businesses with their space needs and offer the following operating formats: Retail (freestanding, in-line and drive-thru) restaurant/tavern, automotive, office, hotel and mixed-use.
Management is done in-house to ensure a rapid response to tenant concerns and a quality environment for their customers and employees. Our management team diligently works on all day-to-day management needs covering accounting, bookkeeping, common area, building and grounds needs as well as all daily operation necessities. The Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR) and The Denver Business Journal have twice voted The Robert L. Naiman Company, LLC, Retail Landlord of The Year.
